My nutrition has sucked for the past 365 days. Actually probably more than just 365 days…but it’s hit an all time low.

I’ll start eating healthy and then fall off the wagon.

Well, today I’m trying something new to get me back on that wagon. As I was reading some reviews of why someone should do Whole30 I caught myself saying, “yep that sounds like me.”

5 years ago I would have considered myself healthy and active. Now, it needs some work. I don’t feel great. I’m tired a lot. I eat junk. It’s time to hit the reset button and get a fresh set of pins. 

It won’t be easy but I’m going to hold myself accountable. 30 days.
